CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to your service provider, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Because your services are guaranteed reservations reserved for you, 50% of your service total is required for cancellations made within 24 hours late cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

SICK POLICIES

Mask: We are letting our guests decide on whether they want to wear one or not. As for the staff that decide to go without, they will be more than happy to wear one for any guest who requests it. 

Appointment Confirmations:  You will get a text message once you have booked an appointment, an email confirmation 2 days before your appointment, a text reminder the day before, and finally, a text message the day of your appointment. If you have not received any email confirmations, please let us know, and we will gladly add your email to our system.


If you are experiencing any flu, cold, or COVID-19-like symptoms, we ask that you please reschedule.

Appointment Cancellations: Due to the high demand and to ensure we can get everyone in as soon as possible, we have a cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total. Fees will be waived if canceling due to illness you will need to wait 7 days to reschedule to ensure safety.
